Product & Corporate Photography

We strive to deliver high-quality, professional services as agreed upon during booking.

3. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings must be confirmed via email, phone, or our official website.
A deposit or advance payment may be required to secure the booking date.
Booking is confirmed only after receipt of deposit/payment and acknowledgment from our team.

4. Payment Terms

Payments can be made via online transfer, UPI, or as mutually agreed.
Full payment is expected before the delivery of final photographs, videos, or albums unless otherwise agreed.
Any extra services not included in the original package will be billed separately.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be made in writing.
Refunds will be subject to the booking terms. Advance payments may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on the notice period.
The Merry Weddings reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or alternative arrangements will be provided.

6. Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery time for photographs and videos will be communicated at the time of booking.
Delays may occur due to editing, customization, or unforeseen events; clients will be informed promptly.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate event details, locations, and schedules.
The Merry Weddings is not responsible for missed shots due to client-provided inaccurate information or changes in schedule without prior notice.
For drone photography, clients must ensure necessary permissions are obtained if required by local authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All photos, videos, and other creative content remain the intellectual property of The Merry Weddings until full payment is received.
The client is granted rights to use the content for personal purposes. Commercial use requires prior permission.

9. Liability

The Merry Weddings will take all reasonable care to capture your event professionally.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

10. Privacy

Any personal information shared during booking will be kept confidential and used solely for service purposes.
